Consultants first. Evidence generators by design.
MarksMan Healthcare was founded on a simple conviction: the highest level of scientific evidence only matters if it changes a decision. So we work upstream — helping Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial leaders define the strategy — and then bring a multidisciplinary team to generate the evidence cost-effectively, to HTA-grade standards.
What sets MarksMan apart
Strategy before deliverables
Every engagement begins with the decision your evidence must influence — payer, regulator, clinician or board — not with a template.
Multidisciplinary teams
Physicians, pharmacists, health economists, biostatisticians and medical writers working as one team, led by senior consultants.
Global perspective
Experience across US, EU, UK, Canada, Japan, Middle East and emerging markets, with offices in Hyderabad and Singapore.
Evidence that changes decisions
We measure success by the decision our work enabled — an HTA outcome, a launch sequence, a medical plan — not by the page count of the deliverable.
People who have sat on your side of the table
Our senior consultants come from HEOR, market access, medical affairs and clinical practice — many have run the functions they now advise. They lead every engagement personally and are accountable for the recommendation, not just the deliverable.
Behind them is a multidisciplinary bench: physicians, pharmacists, health economists, epidemiologists, biostatisticians, data scientists and GPP-trained medical writers.
Senior-led, always
A senior consultant owns the engagement from diagnosis to recommendation — no hand-off to a junior team after kick-off.
Department fluency
We speak the language of medical directors, access leads, pricing teams and brand — and translate between them.
Global, with local depth
Working knowledge of HTA and payer systems across the US, EU, UK, Japan, APAC and emerging markets, from offices in Hyderabad and Singapore.
Candid by design
We tell you what evidence you need — and what you don't. Sometimes the right recommendation is to not run the study.
AI does the scale. Consultants do the judgment.
We have built a family of in-house AI tools that our teams use inside their own workflows — to screen literature, structure evidence, classify stakeholder conversations, benchmark evidence packages against HTA and payer requirements, and model scenarios. They are not products we sell and they never talk to clients directly.
What they change is the shape of an engagement: analysis that used to take weeks now takes days, coverage is broader and more consistent, and every finding is traceable to its source. What they do not change is who is accountable — a senior consultant validates every output and signs the recommendation.
Human in the loop, by rule
No AI output reaches a client unreviewed. Every classification, extraction and score is validated by a qualified reviewer.
Traceable to source
Findings link back to the publication, transcript, dataset or guideline they came from, so reviewers and assessors can check our work.
Explainable scoring
Where we score readiness or risk, every weight and threshold is on the table — no black boxes in a board pack.
Applied selectively
Not every project needs AI. We use it where it strengthens a recommendation and skip it where craft and judgment do the job better.
Data handled with care
Client evidence stays within governed environments; public-conversation analysis is de-identified and follows documented ethical-use safeguards.
Compounding knowledge
Approved answers, precedents and evidence maps become reusable institutional memory for your team — not lost in a vendor's inbox.
From your question to a recommendation your board can act on
Diagnose
We audit your evidence, competitive and stakeholder landscape against what decision-makers will demand.
Strategise
Together we define the value narrative, evidence-generation plan and metrics that prove progress.
Generate
Our HEOR, RWE, analytics and medical writing teams deliver the evidence — to HTA-grade standards.
